• Kirkman Women's Multivitamin & Mineral with 5-MTHF provides vitamin and mineral support for women. Gluten and casein free. Capsules are plant based. Ultra Tested®. The first requirement in good health is making sure the body has adequate vitamin and mineral stores to carry out the body’s enzymatic reactions.

• This product is a blend of vitamins and minerals specially formulated to meet the specific health needs of women. It also contains nutrients known for their anti-aging properties including DHEA, resveratrol, the red carotenoid lycopene, iron and concentrated cranberry extract. The folate ingredient in this formula is 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate a more absorbable form of folate than folic acid.
