• Allergy Research Group Biotin 5000 Biotin is an essential coenzyme for a variety of carboxylation reactions, and is involved in the metabolism of fats, sugars and amino acids.*
• Biotin plays a key role in converting glucose into energy, breaking down and utilizing fatty acids for fuel, and synthesizing proteins from amino acids.* It is a water-soluble vitamin used to maintain healthy skin, hair, and nails.* Each capsule contains 5000 mcg (5 mg) of biotin.

Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule one or two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
